At Father Son Holy Spirit Studies, we believe that our calling as followers of the Way is to make disciples of those who have been called by the Holy Spirit to be children of God. To that end we develop and publish foundational exegetical studies from the Bible related to God the Father, Jesus the Son of God and the Holy Spirit. Theses studies are designed to lay the groundwork for small group studies. The focus is always on practical theology supported by the Holy Scriptures that shape who we are as image bearers of the living God. Our prayer is that these studies will help disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ grow into His likeness and appreciate the wonders of His love.
Studies on prayer. In the series “Pray Occasionally” learn what the Bible teaches about how, when, where and why we should pray. Also explore how God hears and responds to our prayers. These lectures were originally delivered from the pulpit at Willowdale Chapel campuses in Kennett Square and West Grove PA.
The Holy Spirit. A canonical study of the Holy Spirit. From the beginning to the end, this series traces the Holy Spirit's divine presence throughout Scripture. While many associate the Spirit primarily with the New Testament, Ron Roades discusses the Spirit's activity from the beginning. This series offers a fresh perspective on how the Holy Spirit has been and continues to be the breath of life.
Ron Roades is the founder and a contributor of exegetical Bible studies which are published on this site. He received his biblical education at Wheaten College and has been a small group Bible teacher for over 50 years. His prayer is that these studies will glorify God and be used by the Holy Spirit to lead his disciples in the Way.
